While the COVID-19 pandemic is developing worldwide, Hotel Chino Hills has been operating to the highest health and safety vigilance levels, working following local and international authority advisories and protocols. We are implementing elevated precautionary operational protocols to enforce hygiene and sanitation practices to minimize transmission risk.

Below you can find some of the measures that are in place to ensure your safety:

• Reduction of our inventory
• All employees are highly trained to carry out their job safely. Masks are always mandatory.
• Express check out
• Enhanced hygiene services in the bedrooms common areas following government recommendations
• Once guest room is sanitized, no one but the guest will enter the room.
• Occupied room cleaning protocol modified to limit entry into room by staff.
